What the rate includes

• Buffet breakfast — included in every package
• Free use of the relax zone: a 7 by 2 metre jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, daily from 14:00 to 20:00
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
• A children’s corner for our youngest guests
• Hotel parking
• A child up to 6.99 stays free on an extra bed
• A cot at no extra charge, subject to availability

What drives the price in Bansko

Bansko is not one season but several very different periods:

• Christmas and New Year — the most expensive dates of the year; rooms are booked months ahead.
• January after Epiphany — quieter and noticeably cheaper, and the snow base is usually already good.
• February and the first half of March — the peak of the ski season: the longest days on the slopes and the highest occupancy.
• Late March and April — rates drop while the upper runs are often still open. The best value per day of skiing.
• Summer — the cheapest period. Bansko is the base for the Pirin mountains, and the Gondola runs in summer too.

Terms when you book direct

• 20% deposit — the balance is paid on arrival
• Free cancellation up to 9 days before arrival
• Choice of room and floor subject to availability
• Late check-out where possible
