The rate is lower because there is no commission
Every intermediary takes a commission on the night. Booking direct keeps that with you — which is why the rate from the hotel is the best we can give.
20% deposit, the rest on arrival
You pay only 20% on confirmation. No paying for the whole stay in advance.
Free cancellation up to 9 days before arrival
Plans change. Up to nine days before the date you cancel with no fee and no explanation needed.
Choice of room and floor, subject to availability
The building is small and has no lift. When you book direct you can ask for a lower floor or a particular room — that does not happen through an intermediary.
Late checkout when possible
If the room is not taken after you, you stay longer on the day you leave. Ask at reception the evening before.
The relax zone and breakfast are included
A 7 by 2 metre jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna, open daily 14:00–20:00, and a buffet breakfast — included in the room rate.
